The Controller’s Office and the Information Technology Services (ITS) Imaging Team are developing new electronic forms ("eForms") to replace several of the existing Fixed Asset Excel forms currently in use. These eForms are expected to be released in May 2017.

As part of these enhancements, department inventory coordinators have been granted inquiry access in Banner to view fixed asset information (e.g., asset number, asset cost, accumulated depreciation). This enhancement makes it easier for inventory coordinators to track the fixed assets they are responsible for and provides ongoing access to the information needed to complete the new Fixed Asset eForms once they are live.
