13. Why am I receiving an eStatement when I'm on a payment plan?

All students (and their authorized users) with account balances will receive a billing statement.  If you are enrolled in a payment plan, please continue to make your installments as scheduled. Use the eStatment to determine if your payment plan needs to be adjusted since students may have additional charges or credits posted throughout the term. You can contact the Student Accounts at studentaccounts@uncc.edu should an adjustment be necessary.
