1. Login to My UNC Charlotte
2. Select "Make a Payment"
3. Select "My Account" tab then underneath select "Payment Methods"
4. Select "Saved Payment Method" at the bottom of the page
5. Select Edit to make changes or Delete to Cancel Payment Method
6. Select "Add New Payment Method" if you would like to add new payment method
If you have your payment plan installments set up to process automatically, first you must add a new payment method. Next, select "Payment Plan" tab and under Payment Method click change to update the payment method. Go back to "Payment Profile" Saved Payment Methods" to cancel the payment method you will no longer be using. Follow these directions.
