When assistance is needed with 49er Mart, please contact the IT Service Desk (75500, help@uncc.edu, online).   Please include any 49er Mart references, such as: Purchase Requisition (PR); Purchase Order (PO); Receipt; Invoice.  The IT Service Desk will log and forward the request to our support team, led by the 49er Mart System Administrator, Elizabeth Palian.
