To add a new position for SPA or EPA staff or to change an existing one (SPA only) (e.g., fund number, reclassification, change to full- or part-time), use a Budget Request to Establish or Modify the Position.

To make appointments or to change current appointments for Temporary Staff, use the Temporary Staff Authorization Request
