The Purchasing Card is a VISA Credit Card issued by Bank of America (BOA) to approved UNC Charlotte employees and is widely accepted by vendors who support Visa Card purchases. The purpose of the UNC Charlotte Purchasing Card Program is to establish a more convenient, efficient and cost effective method for departments to purchase small dollar goods.
Purchasing Card cycles end the 7th of each month. Transaction signoff and approval must be complete by the 15th of the month or the first business day following a weekend or holiday.
For a monthly detail report of purchasing card charges posted to Banner Finance, log in to ePrint and download YFPPCIN, "PCARD Detail Transaction Report."
